Cleaner App Privacy Policy

Cleaner App is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

1. Information We Access

To provide our cleaning services, we request the following permissions — only with your explicit consent:

• Photo Library — to detect duplicate photos, similar images, and large files.
• Videos — to identify large or redundant video files and offer compression.
• Contacts — to detect and merge duplicate contacts.
• Device Storage — to display real-time disk usage on the home screen.

2. All Processing Is On-Device

Every feature in Cleaner App — duplicate detection, video compression, image compression, PDF conversion, and contact deduplication — runs entirely on your device. Your photos, videos, and contacts never leave your phone. We do not upload or store any of your personal media on external servers.

3. Tools & Features

The following tools process your data locally only:

• Image to PDF — converts your photos into PDF documents on-device.
• Compress Image — reduces photo file size without uploading.
• Compress Video — shrinks video files locally.
• QR Creator — generates QR codes without accessing personal data.
• Contacts Cleaner — finds and removes duplicate contacts on-device.
• Device Info — reads local system information only.

4. Anonymous Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (by Google) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data — such as which features are used, crash reports, and session statistics. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve app performance.

5. Your Control Over Data

You are always in control:

• Revoke photo, video, or contact permissions at any time via iOS Settings.
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored preferences.
• Opt out of analytics by disabling "Share iPhone Analytics" in iOS Settings → Privacy.

6. Security

All data processing occurs locally on your device, protected by Apple's iOS sandboxing and encryption. We do not maintain databases of user media, accounts, or personal files.

7. Children's Privacy

Cleaner App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
